Lose weight wisely: diet according to blood type

You’ve definitely noticed: your friend claims that she gets fat from potatoes, and the pieces of meat your mom ate for another week remind herself of the figure of scales. The question arises: why do some people get better at foods that seem harmless? American doctor Peter D’Adamo found the answer: according to his theory, the main differences between humans are not weight, height and skin color at all, but blood type. Find out how the blood type diet works.

Diet according to blood type

Naturally, there are four groups of human blood, and therefore four types of food. Thus, one and the same product is suitable for one, useless for another and "neutral" for the third, and at the same time becomes a major pest in the fourth nutritional system.

Each blood group interacts in its own way with lecithin - the most important cellular base material. Lecithins are found in all tissues of the human body and are always supplied with food. But at the same time, in terms of chemical composition, lecithin contained, for example, in meat, differs from lecithin in buckwheat. A blood type diet helps you choose exactly the lecithin your body needs to function easily and harmoniously. And most importantly: the "right" lecithins are an excellent helper in difficult problems like weight loss.

In his research, the legendary doctor also relied on the theory of evolution, in which each blood type appeared at a different time. Therefore, their first bearers have a particular occupation, and thus a habit of taste. Together with Cosmo, find "ancestors by blood" and determine what products are needed and important to you.

Diet for the first blood group

The first blood group is called "hunting". The correct diet for the first blood group is predictable and includes foods high in meat protein.

Say yes:

  • Red meat;
  • handicapped;
  • protein vegetables (choose broccoli, beans and artichokes);
  • types of marine fish and seafood fats;
  • olive oil;
  • walnut.

Say no:

  • foods high in gluten (wheat, oats);
  • dairy products with a high percentage of fat in legumes;
  • cabbage (including Brussels sprouts), as well as cauliflower.

Diet for the second blood group

Representatives of the second group are described as "farmers" and adherents of vegetarianism and fruit diets. Therefore, meat products are not the most desirable food for the second blood group.

Say yes:

  • any vegetables;
  • vegetable oil;
  • cereals and cereals (with extreme caution - contain gluten);
  • fruits such as pineapple, apricots, grapefruit, figs, lemons, plums;

Say no:

  • dairy product;
  • wheat dishes;
  • nuts (difficult to digest due to their high protein content);
  • drinks like soda.

If you are not thinking of giving up meat, choose the type of food: chicken, turkey, beef. And, contrary to vegetarian advice, you can benefit from any type of lean fish.

Diet for the third blood group

The third group was given the name "nomads". Representatives of this group can be considered almost omnivorous: almost all products can be seen by their bodies adequately.

Say yes:

  • animal protein sources (preferably meat and sea fish);
  • eggs;
  • any dairy products;
  • cereals (except buckwheat and wheat);
  • vegetables (except corn and tomatoes);
  • various fruits.

Say no:

  • pork and chicken;
  • nuts, especially nuts;
  • olive oil;
  • alcohol.

"Nomads" are rarely overweight compared to others, so a diet according to the third blood group becomes, first of all, a way of regulating metabolism and maintaining health.

Diet for the fourth blood group

The owner of D'Adamo's fourth blood group called it a "puzzle". This group is considered the youngest of all, and it is formed as a result of the merger of the first and second, therefore it combines their pros and cons.

Say yes:

  • soybeans in various forms (especially tofu);
  • fish and caviar;
  • dairy products with fat content;
  • green vegetables and fruits;
  • rice;
  • berries;
  • dry red wine.

Say no:

  • Red meat;
  • handicapped;
  • nuts in any form;
  • buckwheat, corn and wheat;
  • fruits such as oranges, bananas, guavas, coconuts, mangoes, pomegranates, persimmons;
  • mushrooms;
  • nuts.

For people the "mystery" is characterized by nervous instability, as well as a weak gastrointestinal tract. But the immune systems of owners of the fourth group are rarely distinguished by sensitivity and the ability to adapt to any situation.

According to D'Adamo, if you follow a diet according to your blood type, losing excess weight will definitely come after the metabolic process is formed and the cells begin to receive building materials.
